<title><![CDATA[Happy New Year 2009!]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Year 2009 will be the year that i promised to myself tuk try new  1 recipe (at least) in a month. 

Last sunday weekend, i tried 1 recipe Magazine Rasa. Actually it is Kerabu Seafood but since aku x leh sgt mkn udang aku guna sotong ja ..so jadilah Kerabu Sotong.



Bahan-bahan:

Sotong- dicelur
Tomato
Serai
Bwg Besar
Cili padi
Sos Ikan 
Gula
Garam
Limau Nipis

Cara membuat:
- Letakkan sotong yg dah dicelur di dlm satu bekas
- Gaulkan bwg besar, serai, cili padi
-Masukkan sos ikan, gula garam dan perahkan limau nipis.
-Gaul dan sedia dihidangkan.

p/s: Sblm makan cuba buh dlm fridge..lg besttttttttttttt

<title><![CDATA[Kek Citrawarna Malaysia]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Sblm raya buka la blog mamafami then nampak mamafami ada buat Kek Pelangi. so pasang azam nak buat kat Penang tuk Raya Haji but hampes...x buat pun..

So hr nih mai angin ank buat coz mmg dok teringat nak buaa n mkn kek itew..So pagi tadi trus tung tang main masak2 coz lama dah dapur mak x berasap.

taraaa..jadi lah kek nih but aku punya bukan pelangi but dah jd kek Citrawarna Malaysia coz aku main hentam ja guna colors2 yg ada dlm collection aku.



nih resepi yer yg baik punya cilok dr Mamafami...thank yer mama for ur inspiration.


RAINBOW BUTTER CAKE

Adapted from : Bro Rozzan's Blogspot



Ingredients :

250g butter
200g sugar
5 eggs
210g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
* 1/2 teaspoon rose essence
* food coloring : pink, yellow, green, blue
(those marked with * are the ones I added)

Method :

1. Sift flour and baing powder, trice. Set aside.
2. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. I did it manually.
3. Add in eggs, one at a time and mix evenly.
4. Add vanilla essence and rose essence and cream the batter till smooth and light.
5. Fold in the flour till well blended.
6. Scoop a small portion of the batter into 4 separate bowls.
7. Add in a bit of food coloring into each bowls. Fold in to mix it evenly.
8. Scoop 2 tablespoons of yellow color onto tu center of the baking tin.
9. Top it with 2 tablespoons of pink color onto the center of the yellow batter.
10. Do the same with the green and blue color and repeat the process till all the batter are used. 11. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 45 to 50 minutes.]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[Honey Muffin]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Dah lama x masak. Coz some of the reasons:

i) Malas masak
ii) X ada mood nak masak
iii) X lalu nak mkn apa yg dimasak sdr

My sis kat Putrajaya demam last week n dia sms-ed me dia teringin nak mkn nasi ayam yg aku masak. Sian la kan so pasang azam nak la masak nasi ayam n hantar ke Putrajaya. 

So, dapat la buat nasik ayam. Nasi ayam nih buat x la ambik masa yang lama. For me senang la..Thanks Nina for the recipe.

Sambil tunggu nasi ayam masak, do blog-hopping n tetiba ada nampak Linda buat Honey Muffin. Trus rasa nak buat coz bahan-bahan semua dah ada kat rumah.





So Linda, i copy paste recipe from your FP yer.

bhnnye:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup butter
2 tspn baking powder
1 egg
1 tspn salt
1 tspn esen vanilla

caranye:
- butter tu meltkan.pastu masukkan sugar & beat.
- masukkan telo, esen vanilla.
- masukkan honey, orange juice & mix well.
- lastly masukkan tepung, baking powder & salt.
- stir all ingredients, until batter formed.
- scoop masuk dlm paper 2cup; about 3/4 cup.
- baked about 10-15mins @ 180 degree.

<title><![CDATA[Daging Masak Hitam]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Nih recipe i've tried looooongggg time ago. I took from Mag Mingguan Wanita.

DAGING MASAK KICAP

Bahan-bahan:
1 kg daging lembu
300gm kerisik
6 batang serai(dikisar)
1/2 inci lengkuas(dikisar)
1 inci halia(dikisar)
3 batang kulit kayu manis
3 biji bunga lawang
3 kuntum bunga cengkih
3 biji buah pelaga
1/2 cawan kicap manis
2 biji bwg besar
10 tangkai cili kering(digoreng & dikisar)
1 labu bwg putih(dikisar)
Garan & serbuk perasa secukupnya
Minyak untuk menumis

Cara Membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bunga lawang, kayu manis, cengkih dan buah pelaga hingga naik bau
2. Masukkan semua bahan yang dikisar serta kerisik
3. Setelah itu campurkan kicap manis dan masukkan daging
4. Masak daging hingga lembut dan tambah gula dan garam secukup rasa. Sedia dihidang.

Note:

<title><![CDATA[My 1st attempt...Nasi Dagang ngan Gulai Tongkol]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Semenjak 2 menjak nih mmg suka mkn Nasik dagang...Kalu dulu kat ex-office jln flamingo tuh, selalu bakpes Nasik Dagang..sedapppppp...lps tuh dok gaduh badan lemak berlapis..pk lah sdr pg2 dah mkn yg berlemak....

Suka Nasi Dagang yang guna beras perang tuh but no idea nak cr kat mana beras dagang tuh..Then ada lah ex-opismate balik Kelate kg bini dia belikan tuk wati 2 kilo..hah ambik ko...punya lama peram br lah dapat buat last week hari Jumaat.

Punya godek2 internet n ym kawan2 dapatlah buat ...Mmg mencabar nak buat yer esp nasik....samapi nak berkukus 2-3 kali...sampai lecur tgn mak nih..but ckit ja lah..tu pun pengukus 1st time pakai..selama nih beli buat perhiasan ja..kekekeke.kalu gulai ikan tongkol tuh rasa x dak la prob sgt just 1st time masak ikan tongkol nih..1st beli n 1st time masak..Ikan tongkol beli kat pasar malam Prima Damansara...sekor RM 10..mahai gak nooo..dapat la 4 ketui..yg best ....suruh org siang siap2..x kuaser mak nak siang ikan...

Hasil yer taraaaaaaaaa..


rugi kat jiran mummy sorang nih..dia posa..mummy dah pack kat dia but  x dtg ambik..last2 family dr Penang sampai trus bedal ko punya jiran...nasiblah ko jiran ooooooo.

Actually sblm buat patty nih.....ada tgk channel AFC...dia buat patty mak aiii mmg besaq n nampak sedap......

So gedek2 la internet....n hasil yer jd la resepi diri sdr yg main campak2. Sapa2 nak try cubalah ...but at ur own risks..hehehehe

Cheesy Beef  Patty

Bahan-bahan:

Daging kisar
Chopped onion
Shredded cheese
Mix Spice
Pepper
Garam & gula
Telur


Cara membuatnya:
1) Campurkan kesemua bahan2 dan gaul hingga sebati
2) Bahagikan kpd beb bahagian dan bentukkan menjadi patty
3) Simpan di dalm fridge samada 1/2 jam atau semlman
4) Bakar di atas pan atau sesuai juga tuk BBQ]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[kitchen heaven...]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[How i wish i can stay at home to be fulltime housewife??? huhuhuhu.

Since ada kat rumah ambik peluang la tuk  bertapa kat kitchen but i'm very happy since i have little helper...hani..TQ dear for ur 'lintang-pukang' at mummy's kitchen..mummy think you learned somethings today.

hari nih buat sessi baking ngan hani while si ichlas tido....kalu both x tido mmg x berani mummy nak buat kerja baking nih....jenuh nak layan diaorg nak mkn tepung....ada ka patut??..kang kembong peyut anak2 mummy nih..

So..today dgn jaya dpt buat "Biskut Bijirin Coklat Berganda". Resepi nih dr magazine " Panduan permakanan-anak sihat & pintar".

So ni lah hasilnya:

n nih resepi yer:

Biskut Bijirin Coklat Berganda

Bahan-bahan:

125gm margerin
85gm gula kastor
170gm tepung serba guna
30gm tepung jagung
3 sudu besar bijirin sarapan pagi
7/2 sudu besar soda bikarbonat
1 sudu besar serbuk coklat
1 sudu besar cip coklat putih

Untuk hiasan:

Kacang walnut
Coklat masakan(dicairkan)

Cara membuatnya:
1.Pukul marjerin dan gula sehingga kembang.
2.Kemudian masukkan bahan lain spt tepung serba guna, tepung jagung, bijiran sarapan pagi, soda bikarbonat, serbuk coklat dan coklat cip putih.
3.Canai dan terapkan berbentuk bulatan atau sebarang bentuk yang digemari oleh anak ada.
4.Tekan walnut ke atasnya dan baker didlm ketuhar pada suhu 180 darjah selama 20 minit.
5.Apabila sejuk hiaskan dengan coklat cair dan biarkan sehingga coklat sejuk.
6.Simpan di dalam bekas kedap udara.

tips:
1. Make sure uols combine tepung serba guna n soda bikarbonat n ayak.why? tuk make sure soda n tepung sebati.
2. Mummy guna choc chip coklat ja..x kuaser mak nak gi kedai..minyak mahai..hehehe

Saja letak umbrella tuk hiasan..nak tarik minat hani n ichlas tuk mkn but hampes diaorg buat payung  tuh cucuk2 roti burger tuh sampai hancur

Buttered vege tuh resepi mian hentam ja.....n saja biar berkuah ckit coz tuk hani n ichlas..kalu pekat kang tercekik lak time mkn...Ichals mkn 2 mangkuk...sayang Ichlas

Teabreak-Strawberi Muffin


Yg nih buat ngan hani..nak buat muffin nih byk tul dugaan...cari jem strawberi dah jumpa terbeli silap....then dok cr muffin cap kaki terluka...then dah habis..time ambik muffin dr oven terkena oven tgn nih.....

apa2 pun mission completed!!! syabas to myself!!!

<title><![CDATA[CORNFLAKES CRUNCHIES ]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Kali nih mood baking dah mai...nih dek kerana anak2 sedara 2 org kat umah ngan mak...cuti sekolah..mak dtg seminggu n wati ambik cuti seminggu..hah puas......

punya godek2 cr resepi conrflakes cookies coz mak tak suka yg ada choc.....





resepi nih ambik dr mamafami.....wati quote ja lah dr dia yer FP.


CORNFLAKES CRUNCHIES (Jaja) 

Ingredients : 

105 g butter (I used margarine) 
1 cup sugar 
3/4 cups self-raising flour ~ sifted 
1/4 cup flour ~ sifted 
1 egg yolk 
raisins ~ chopped and drizzle a bit of flour to avoid the raisins from sticking to each other 
cornflakes ~ crushed 

Method : 

1. Cream butter/margarine with sugar. 
2. Add in egg yolk (if doing more than 1 recipe, the egg yolk must be added one at a time). Continue beating till fluffy. 
3. Add in the sifted dry ingredients, bit by bit. 
4. Fold in raisins and crushed cornflakes. 
5. Scoop a bit of the soft dough and place it in a bowl of slightly crushed cornflakes. Roll the dough with cornflakes and shape into a small ball. 
6. You can either place them in papercups or just arrange them on a tray. 
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 c for about 20 - 25 minutes. Make sure you don't overbake them. 

Note : 

1. Buat sdr self raising flour based dr info mamafami.Caranya:150g flour + 2 level teaspoons baking powder + a pinch of salt, to be sifted trice. ]]></description>

-perapkan ayam with serbuk kunyit & garam
-goreng ayam separuh garing
-tumiskan cili blender sehingga pecah minyak
-masukkan sedikit air asam jawa
-masukkan serai yg telah dirincik
-akhir sekali masukkan bwg besar
-kacau n tutup api

ikan pari bakar


bahan-bahan:
-ikan pari
-cili blender
-daun kesum
-asam keping
-bwg besar

cara-cara membuat yer:
- letakkan ikan pari di dalam aluminium foil
-sapukan cili blender...
-taburkan daun kesum, bwg  besaw n asam keping
-bungkus 
-dan bakar atas pan, or grill pan


dan tuk hani & ichlas

since ichlas dah besaq n ada gigi 4 btg, dia dah x suka bubur..so now dah mkn nasik ngan lauk.
selalu kat rumah bb sitter mkn nasik ngan sup so..kat rumah kasik lain ckit la

ikan merah masak asam




bahan-bahan:
sekeping ikan merah
air asam jawa
bwg putih n merah
halia
bwg besaq

cara-cara membuat:
-perapkan ikan with serbuk kunyit n garam
-goreng separuh garing dan angkat
-tumis bwg merah, putih n halia
-masukkan air asam jawa n masukkan ikan yg telah digoreng
-biarkan seketika n masukkan bwg besaq
-tutup api..
